  1. We’ll team up to determine which upgrades will maximize your home’s value. I can also help you create a budget for potential repairs.
  2. Once you’re ready to begin, I’ll be by your side to help you select vendors and monitor progress.
  3. After your home’s transformation is complete, I’ll price it right and help you sell for top dollar.
  4. You’ll pay for your home improvement services once your home sells, if you terminate your listing contract, or 12 months after your Concierge start date.
